The connection suddenly stopped working or its quality has deteriorated, how do I proceed?

Start up the router again by disconnecting the electric cable. If this does not help, restore the router’s factory settings.

If the problem was not resolved by the above measures, our customer service will be glad to help you sort the problem out. To speed up the service, it is a good idea to ascertain the following information before getting in touch:

  • A description of the fault
  • The access address or coordinate
  • The number of the SIM card (IMSI)
